CEO Aaron Marshal

The coronavirus emergency is unchartered waters for large and small businesses. Months into the crisis, business leaders, especially those in the franchise industry, have had to think on their feet and learn new ways to communicate with franchise owners and customers.

Keyrenter CEO & Co-Founder Aaron Marshal was recently featured on the Franchise Bible Coach Radio podcast with Rob Gandley. Marshall shared the technology and communications changes his team has made to help current franchisees and bring on new franchise owners during the pandemic. Automation and technology have always been a strength of Keyrenter’s business model. So, the franchise system had a smooth transition to virtual meetings with franchisees and clients so they could maintain important face-to-face relationships.

Marshall also discussed how Keyrenter offices across the country have been less impacted by the financial side of coronavirus than other franchise brands. “Everybody needs a roof over their head,” says Marshall. “None of our franchisees have closed and none have lost business because of COVID-19.”
